Lesson 9: Interpreting Dreams & Visions

If you haven’t discovered it already, you will soon: It’s easy for children to receive little  mini-visions and even spiritual dreams. But unless someone has worked with them for awhile, they seldom know how to interpret what they’ve seen. Therefore in the beginning, it will be largely up to you to help them with the interpretations. When I first began working with kids in this area, I had my own challenges trying to interpret what I was seeing. I guess I was a slow learner. It took me awhile to catch on to how others were doing it. I thought they received a vision, prayed for the interpretation, and got the answer like you’d receive a prophecy--very intact and self-explanatory. I didn’t realize how much was dependent on my own life’s experiences and point of reference. I slowly realized interpreting dreams and visions was much like solving a riddle—we had to do the work!
