"Yes, there are many parts, but only one body. The eye can never say to the hand, “I don’t need you.” The head can’t say to the feet, “I don’t need you.” 1 Corinthians 12:20-21

Hello Lovely People!

Day 10! Wow! We’re doing it, family! We pray that you are experiencing tremendous breakthrough and growing like never before in your intimacy with the Holy Spirit!

As we’ve  prayed this week, the team felt the Holy Spirit leading us to contend for what is available to us, both personally and corporately. There is so much power in contending corporately! We all need a level of personal breakthrough, and there are many things we can contend for on our own, but there is even greater power available when we join together as a body. If one of us, through the aid of the Holy Spirit, has the potential to put one thousand to flight (Joshua 23:10), and two working together can put ten thousand to flight (Deuteronomy 32:30), imagine how much more we can accomplish when we come together as one big family!

You see, God has always been about family! The Godhead Family of Father, Son and Holy Spirit is the perfect example of His heart for family. They contend for everything together as one. Likewise, God’s blueprint for the church is also to deal with things on a corporate level. 1 Corinthians 12:19- 20 reminds us that, though we are many individual parts, we are one body:

“Yes, there are many parts, but only one body.  The eye can never say to the hand, “I don’t need you.” The head can’t say to the feet, “I don’t need you.”

CLM, I need you for my personal breakthrough! We need each other for our individual breakthrough!  This week, I pray that God would give each one of us a corporate burden to pray for each other’s breakthrough, so that YOUR burdens are no longer YOUR burdens, but OUR burdens and YOUR breakthrough is no longer only YOURS to celebrate, but OURS.

“This makes for harmony among the members, so that all the members care for each other.  If one part suffers, all the parts suffer with it, and if one part is honored, all the parts are glad.” 1 Corinthians 12:25-26 NLT

Father, I pray in the name of Jesus, that you would cause us to live in such harmony with one another, in accord with Christ Jesus, that we begin carrying each other’s burdens as though they were our own. I pray that the spirit of intercession would come upon us as we come together as one voice and one family to pray for breakthrough. Grant us the exponential power that is available when we come together as one to break every yoke in our lives both personally and corporately! In Jesus’ name. Amen.

Many blessings to you, multiplied with love,

Pastor Andi Joseph
